How does fulfilment.com present my 3PL's pricing?

Our platform takes into account tiered pricing for first pick costs, second pick costs, storage per pallet per month, and any administrative costs. The quotes provided are not finalised, enabling your 3PL to negotiate effectively based on the brand’s exact needs.

Is fulfilment.com only for large 3PLs?

No, we cater to fulfilment providers of all sizes. Whether you're a small fulfilment business or a large 3PL with multiple warehouses, we’re committed to helping providers you win new clients.

What happens if we don't receive any leads during the month?

If you don’t receive the required number of leads in a given month, we’ll make up for it the following month. If this continues to happen for 2 consecutive months, we’ll pause your subscription without additional charges.

Is there any commitment when joining?

For 3PLs joining fulfilment.com, there is a platform agreement that outlines our partnership and cooperation, with an initial 6-month agreement for standard subscriptions. For 3PLs on our package subscriptions, there is a 12-month agreement, with a 6-month break clause. Due to the industry average win rate of 10%, these agreements ensure you have enough time to convert leads into paying clients.

How much does it cost to join as a 3PL?

Our pricing model is simple and straightforward — we charge a flat subscription fee for our service, and you only pay based on the volume of leads, and the monthly order minimums you require. This approach ensures there are no hidden costs, allowing you to manage your expenses effectively.
