1. About Our Terms

1.1 These terms and conditions of website use ("Terms") elaborate on how you may use this website, including your personal Dashboard, and any associated content ("Site"). These Terms establish the agreement between 3PLs Platform Limited ("we," "us," or "our") and you, the individual accessing or using the Site ("you" or "your").

1.2 Carefully review these Terms before using the Site. By using the Site or indicating your consent, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, please discontinue using the Site immediately.


2. About Us

2.1 We are 3PLs Platform Limited, trading as "3pls.ai," a registered company in England and Wales under company registration number 14857194. Our registered office is located at 3a Station Road, Amersham, England, HP7 0BQ. Our VAT registration number is 440328228.

3. Using the Site

3.1 The Site is for business use only. All users must be seeking quotes for fulfilment for businesses that they own or are employed by.

3.2 By using the Site, you confirm that you are solely responsible for:

3.2.1 Ensuring that you (and any authorised users) have adequate and compatible hardware, software, telecommunications equipment, and internet service necessary for using the Site; and

3.2.2 All costs and expenses you may incur in relation to your use of the Site.

3.3 You must not:

  • Use robots, spiders, scrapers, or similar automated means on the Site.

  • Attempt to undermine or circumvent any system security measures on the Site or other measures designed to stop or limit access to parts of it.

  • Attempt to access the object code or source code of the Site or any part of it or any software used by or made available to the user as part of the Services.

  • Engage in any activity that might cause the Site or 3PLs supporting systems to crash.

  • Misappropriate the Site or any part of it for use in any other site or application; or

  • Attempt to modify, translate, adapt, edit, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any programs used by 3PLs in connection with the Site.

3.4 Promptly following notification from 3PLs, you must take corrective action as 3PLs may require if you or anyone on your behalf engages in any of the prohibited activities above.

3.5 We make no guarantee that the Site is appropriate or available for use in locations outside of the UK. If you choose to access the Site from locations outside the UK, you acknowledge you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws where they apply.

3.6 We strive to make the Site as accessible as possible. If you experience difficulties using the Site, please contact us using the contact details provided in section 2 above.

3.7 As a condition of your use of the Site, you agree not to:

3.7.1 Misuse or attack our Site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, or any other material that is malicious or technologically harmful (such as by way of a denial-of-service attack), or

3.7.2 Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our Site, the server on which our Site is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to our Site.

3.8 We may prevent or suspend your access to the Site if you do not comply with these Terms or our Service Terms or any applicable law.

3.9.6 Do not impersonate anyone else;


4. Registration and Password Security

4.1 Use of the Platform requires registration and the creation of an Account. When creating and using an Account, ensure that the information you provide is complete, accurate, and truthful and is updated as necessary.

4.2 You are permitted to create only one account to use your Dashboard (Account), and you must not have more than one Account. We may suspend or terminate any additional or duplicate accounts.

4.3 Do not share your Account with anyone else.

4.4 We are not obligated to allow anyone to register with the Dashboard or create an Account, and we may refuse, terminate, or suspend registration for anyone at any time.

4.5 You are responsible for ensuring that your user ID, password, and any other Account details are kept secure and confidential, not disclosed to unauthorised individuals, and used properly, including changing passwords regularly.

4.6 Notify 3PLS Platform Limited immediately if you believe that your user ID, password, or Account details have or are likely to become known to unauthorised individuals or are being or are likely to be used in an unauthorised way.

4.7 If we have reason to believe that there is likely to be a breach of security or misuse of the Dashboard (or any other part of the Site) through your Account or the use of your password, we may notify you and require you to change your user ID and/or password, or we may suspend or terminate your Account.

4.8 Log off when you exit your Account. Leaving it open may allow unauthorised usage.

4.9 Any personal information you provide to us during the registration process will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.


5. Your Privacy and Personal Information

Your privacy and personal information are important to us. Any personal information you provide to us will be dealt with in line with our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect from you, how and why we collect, store, use, and share such information, your rights in relation to your personal information, and how to contact us and supervisory authorities in the event you have a query or complaint about the use of your personal information. If our Service Terms apply to you, they set out certain data protection obligations that apply to our processing of personal data we process on your behalf as a data processor, with you being the data controller.


6. Ownership, Use, and Intellectual Property Rights

This means that we retain ownership and are free to use them as we see fit.

You agree not to adjust, try to circumvent, or delete any notices contained on the Site or the Content (including any intellectual property notices) and, in particular, any digital rights or other security technology embedded or contained within the Site or the Content.

7.1 While we aim to ensure the security of the Site, we do not actively monitor or verify whether information supplied to us through the Site is confidential, commercially sensitive, or valuable. If any information on your Dashboard is confidential, our Service Terms will apply. We do not guarantee that the Site will meet any specific or heightened cybersecurity requirements you may be subject to.

8.1 We strive to ensure that the Site is accurate, error-free, up-to-date, and free from bugs, but we cannot guarantee it. 10.3 Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for any death or personal injury caused by our negligence, liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that the law does not allow us to exclude or limit.

No one other than us or you has any right to enforce any of these Terms.

13.2 We reserve the right to vary these Terms from time to time. Our updated Terms will be displayed on the Site and by continuing to use and access the Site following such changes, you agree to be bound by any variation made by us. It is your responsibility to check these Terms from time to time to verify such variations.


14. Complaints

14.2 The laws of England and Wales apply to these Terms, although if you are resident elsewhere, you will retain the benefit of any mandatory protections given to you by the laws of that country.

14.3 Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. This means that you can choose whether to bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales or in the courts of another part of the UK in which you live.**
