What is XPO?
XPO, Inc. is a leading American transportation company specialising in less-than-truckload (LTL) shipping across North America. Headquartered in Greenwich, Connecticut, XPO operates globally with 614 locations.
Originally founded as Express-1 Expedited Solutions, the company was acquired by Brad Jacobs in 2011 and rebranded as XPO Logistics. Over the years, XPO expanded its footprint through several key acquisitions, including 3PD, Pacer International, Norbert Dentressangle SA, and Con-way. These acquisitions, totalling billions of dollars, enhanced XPO's global logistics capabilities.

In 2021, XPO Logistics split into three separate publicly traded companies — consisting of XPO, GXO Logistics, and RXO — with XPO continuing to focus on its core competency: LTL services.

For shipment notifications, users can navigate to the "Shipment Notifications" tab, enter the recipient's email address, and select the desired shipment status updates.
